Engagement sessions are probably my all-time favorite. There is no mistaking the love and excitement when couples are anticipating and planning their future together. Engagement sessions are such an important part of the wedding package... it not only allows me the chance to get to know the couple and how they interact with one another, making it that much easier for me to capture them best on their wedding day, but it also allows the couple to become more comfortable being photographed together.
Your engagement session can be as simple or creative as you like. If you want to incorporate things you enjoy doing as a couple, like playing board games, going canoeing, having beers at your local pub... or if staying home snuggled on the couch or in front of a fire is more your style, I'm game for most anything! Otherwise, a location of your choosing just before sunset will do nicely as well ;)
